Idea of Ranks

Aslam Alaikum bros and sises, We got an idea of ranks like rank A,rank B, Rank C etc. for all the members because I noticed that some members aren't serious about the team and they aren't performing their tasks properly.To develop an indulgence of working well for the progress of team, each rank consists of different targets to reach the next rank.The members can upgrade to next rank by performing the targets of previous rank and if they don't perform well in many targets of the rank then they will again be shifted to previous rank.For example, in the beginning, all the members are in Rank F.To reach rank E, you have to complete its different required targets like you have to post 8 verses as the first step of reformation and post 2 hadiths as the second step.Further, you have to come online for 1 hour at least.Likewise, there will be more targets and restrictions for every rank.Those members who complete these targets, will be added in the list of Rank E members.

Lets see... I have thought of an Idea which really is not in your minds...Coolasta ?

I want Admin { Sohail } to Divide this group into two...One will be called as Black Suits and the Other as White Suits....
The main work of White Suits will be to post things in Forum like posting of Verses etc. while Black Suits will have to Debates and often debate with non-Muslims...

Ranks will be as Admin mentioned...But when in Groups...Rank C will do both works for Black as well as White...Lowers Ranks in Black Suit will train for debating by debates with Ranks C..

Salam bro, as you already know that there is two groups in our team i.e senior members and junior members and you also know that reading and understanding Quran is important to all the muslims. So why would we ask only white suits to post the verses or hadiths and why only black suits can debate or preach Islam? All we can do is to rename senior members as white suits and junior members as black suits but that would also be not applicable since some members would complain that why are they black suits? and what with "black " color ? and they would complain that they don't like black color. Moreover, i myself don't like black, devil, darkness, babylon etc. such things....don't mind at all. the idea is really nice .keep it up bro Very Happy

If you ask why black then listen. Since I am an Anime Fan and have watched lots of Anime. Actually, there is an anime in which there is a Large Group. They divided the group into two. The Direct Combat Specialists were grouped Black X while those who were fighting with their knowledge such like they had money, computer and technology specialists were grouped in White X.
From the X [ with Black X or White X ]...X means nothing.. Its just a word that I forgot at the moment...It may be like Black Regnoria or something but I really forgot..
But I like the Idea...In us, those who are Debates Specialists will be grouped Black Suits while those who are not very interested in Debates etc. will be put in White Suits.
You can hold a competition to find who is Debate Specialist.
Well, its just an Idea of mine..If you consider it then OK and if not, then also OK.

But I am really a Debate Specialist... I think from my way of talking, you might know who I am...MAn, am I right? Well, it has nothing with this..and I may be OFF for 30 Days so I will come as a Black Suit from next month. and You can give me any kinda work for next month like Debates...With Muslims and with Non-Muslims...For I am a Debate and Trolling Specialist.
