Ranks

Aslam Alaikum everyone,Since the idea of ranks was appreciated, I am going to announce the ranks and their targets.There are some instructions of following the ranks.These are written below:-
1.If you don't do your tasks for 3 times after reaching any rank then you will be shifted to the previous rank.
2.If you are in rank F and do your tasks to reach rank E, then everything you used to do in rank F are also the tasks of rank E and likewise with every rank.In easy words, all the tasks of previous rank are also the rank you are at currently.
3.There will be additions in the rank tasks with the addition of steps of reformation.
4.All the members whether they are in any rank, have to obey all the rules of RTW team.
5.If a surah is short and has less verses as compared to required verses to reach next rank, then a person can start reading the next surah and post the verses from that to fulfill the requirement.
6.To reach the next rank, a member has to do the tasks of rank for 3 times to make sure that he has become used to all the tasks of a rank.After seeing his tasks done for 3 times, I will put him/her in next rank.
7.You can't reach the Rank B without reaching rank C no matter how much you're contributing. Because to reach the next rank, you should also have experience that is gained by spending some time in this team.

Rank F (Recruit) :- In the beginning, every member is in rank F, anyone who joins the team newly will be added in this rank.To reach a next rank E, a member has to register in forum, read the forum daily, post 8 verses and 2 hadiths on every friday but he/she can be late in posting.As the third step of reformation, A member has to give an explanation of 100 words at least.
Rank E (Private) :- If a member does everything that he needed to do to reach this rank then he will remain in this rank.But if a member wants to reach the next rank D, then he/she has to post 15 verses and 6 hadiths on every friday in time (without being late or lazy).If a member is senior, then he/she has to perform all tasks related to his/her job properly like welcomers, observer etc.A member should offer 5 time prayers and should observe fasting in the month of Ramadan.As the third step of reformation, A member has to give an explanation of 150 words.
Rank D (Worthy) :- If a member does everything that he needed to do to reach this rank then he will remain in this rank.But if a member wants to reach next rank C, then he/she has to post 25 verses and 10 hadiths on every friday in time without being late or lazy.A rank D member can be asked to guide something to some member,write or announce something on the forum,explain something to someone thus to help in every matter.As the third step of reformation, A member has to give an explanation of quotes and sayings of 200 words.
Rank C (Veteran) :- If a member does everything he needed to do to reach this rank then he will remain in this rank.But if a member wants to reach next rank B, A member has to post 40 verses and 15 hadiths on friday in time without being late or lazy.A member of rank C can be asked to debate or preach Islam to anyone, to give ideas and discuss something.He/she can also be asked for any kind of help.As the third step of reformation, A member has to give an explanation of quotes and sayings of 350 words.
Rank B (Assistant) :- If a member does everything he needed to do to reach this rank then he will remain in this rank.But if a member wants to reach next rank A,then he has to post more than 55 verses and 18 hadiths on friday in time without being late or lazy.This member is the most trusted one and will work as an assistant.He can be asked for any kind of help.As the third step of reformation, A member has to post an explanation of quotes and sayings of 500 words.
Rank A (Reformer) :- If a member does everything he needed to do to reach this rank then he will remain in this rank.This is the highest rank and there is no rank above it.So, the member with rank A is the most trusted member and his opinion will be asked before taking any action.He should be serious about the team and its tasks and he should think of ideas for the progress of team.The member with rank A can also be vice leader of RTW if he gets more votes by other members of team and will stand on high places.As the third step of reformation, A member has to post an explanation of quotes and sayings of 800 words.

New Idea!

Why not Just put up some cool names which the members might like? Like for example ; Rank F can be called as a Recruit. And Rank E can be called as Private. And Rank D Could be used as Lance Corpral. And cool stuff like that, which the members might like! 
I already like the idea of ranks! And that's just an improvement!

i really like this idea. it shows us that the work we do is rewarded here. and encourages reformers to do their tasks. well i know it helped me
