Vice leader Selection

Assalam Alaikum everyone, Since our team has no vice leader yet, I want someone to be the vice leader to lead the team in my absence.Vice leader will be second in command and every member should listen to him.I will put the names of some people who are worthy of being vice leaders and you people will vote anyone of them :-
1.Therealmrlegendary
2. Solesoldier
3. Ex7remistperson
Vote any one from these names only.

A vice leader should come online daily for at least 2 to 3 hours.He should obey all the rules of RTW and forbid people from breaking it.He should visit RTW forum everyday and remind all the members to perform their tasks on friday, saturday and sunday. A vice leader isn't allowed to eliminate any member from the team without my permission nor he's allowed to ban anyone from the chat without the complaints of other members.He should be kind to anyone and if members start complaining that they don't like the vice leader then I will be forced to hold another selection.This is because the best thing which everyone needs whether its your enemy or your friend is Kindness.A vice leader should be kind so that no one gets a chance to complain.

I certainly dont want to be the vice-leader, when my college will start i will rarely come here.Therefore choose between any one of the 2 remaining.I vote for the realmlegendary person since i haven't met the latter
