Idle Members Empty Idle Members

Aslam Alaikum, There are some members in the team who don't even come online so they are unaware of everything happening in the team. These kind of members are considered Idle members. Any Member whether he/she senior or junior , will be written in Idle Members list if he/she doesn't come online for a bit within three days.But if a member informs me before leaving for few days then it is okay and he/she won't be written in Idle Members' list. Members who have written in Idle Members' list can again be written in the lists where they were before if they start coming online regularly.
