Mission of Senior members

Aslam Alaikum everyone, The mission of senior members is to make junior members worthy so that they would become senior members. This is because we want a lot of senior members. The senior members can use any way to make junior members worthy of being senior members. It depends on senior members what way they use. But their ways shouldn't be rude and junior members must be treated with kindness.
